Western Roofing recently completed their most ambitious project to date. This undertaking involved the comprehensive renovation of a massive 700 square metre roof, showcasing the company's capability to handle large-scale roofing projects with precision and professionalism.
Project Scope and Innovation
The project entailed a complete transformation of the existing roofing system. The team meticulously stripped away the original Cambrian slates and non-breathable felt, replacing them with a combination of breathable felt and premium hook-fix Brazilian slate. This helps ensure superior ventilation and longevity for the structure.
The installation included several key technical elements:
• Integration of 30 slate vents for optimal roof ventilation
• Installation of 64 solar panel brackets, preparing the roof for sustainable energy solutions
• Implementation of breathable felt technology for enhanced roof performance
