Dry Verge Systems
Continuous Dry Verge is a fast and effective dry fix solution, without the need to use mortar and clips. With 4 profiles and 5 colours to choose from, it provides a maintenance free, clean, attractive finish to gable ends.
Universal Dry Verge is a high speed, high quality easy to install dry verge, without the need for left and right handed units. The unique design is quick and easy to install on most tiles and has exceptional holding qualities. A tight secure fit is easily achieved ensuring roof tiles are held firmly in place and not vulnerable to wind dislodgement.
Eaves Ventilation
Eaves ventilation products help prevent condensation from forming at the eaves in both new and existing homes, which are becoming increasingly airtight and better insulated. By reducing condensation in this critical area, they help protect the building structure from potential moisture damage and support compliance with modern ventilation standards.

Dry Ridge & Hip
The European Plastics Dry Ridge & Hip range includes a universal 6m ventilated dry ridge kit that removes the need for mortar while providing secure, weather‑resistant ridges. The 320mm ridge roll delivers 5000mm²/m ventilation, is vapour permeable yet wind and water resistant, and uses a self‑adhesive butyl strip for a watertight seal on most concrete and clay ridges, slates, and tiles.
Each kit includes a 6m ridge roll, batten support brackets, ridge unions, stainless steel screws, clamping plates, and clips, with maintenance kits available. For hips, the Universal Hip Support Tray supports hip tiles without mortar for a neat, level, dry‑fix finish, and lightweight hip clips secure small cut tiles; trays are 1200mm re‑constituted PVC, lightweight, durable, and quick to install.
GRP Valleys, Bonding Gutters, Soakers
European Plastics’ GRP Dry Fix-Flow roofing range provides mortarless valleys, bonding gutters and abutment soakers that improve drainage, appearance and installation speed across slate, tile and mixed roof coverings. Over Batten and Under Batten Dry Valleys, New Heritage Valley and Dry-Fix Bonding Strips are supplied in 3m lengths in UV Glass fibre/Polyester laminate, offering maintenance-free alternatives to traditional lead and mortar with fixing times reduced by up to 50%.
The range also includes GRP slate and tile Valley Troughs, V-Flow GRP Abutment Soakers and V-Flow GRP Bonding Strips, all designed to create weatherproof, long‑lasting junctions between roof surfaces and abutments, or between adjacent roofs. These products feature UV-resistant finishes, a life expectancy of over 30 years in many cases, and are easy to cut, transport and install on a variety of roof pitches.
Breather Membranes
EP FLEX is an EPDM-based lead replacement with a core of expanded aluminium mesh, giving the product exceptional strength, flexibility and life expectancy.
EP FLEX PLUS is a self-adhesive lead substitute manufactured from EPDM-rubber, reinforced with aluminium mesh-core backed with a butyl adhesive.
