SuperFOIL SF19+ Gets an Upgrade

 

We're excited to announce that SuperFOIL SF19+, a popular choice among our customers for multi-layer thermal insulation, has received a significant upgrade! At Roofbase, we're committed to providing you with the best possible products, and this is fantastic news. 

SuperFOIL, one of our key suppliers, has made substantial investments in their manufacturing capabilities to meet the growing demand for their products while maintaining strict quality control. This includes a brand new, state-of-the-art, £500k custom-designed multifoil production machine. This fully digital machine allows them to produce SF19+ in-house with even greater precision and consistency. 

The upgraded SF19+ boasts several key enhancements that benefit both performance and ease of installation: 

 

Sonic Welded Edges: Say goodbye to stitched edges! SF19+ now features sonic welded edges. This creates a much thinner overlap, making installation smoother and faster. 

 

Compact Layers: The double-sided tape on the inside is now 25mm wide, offering a more secure hold. Additionally, the inner MPet and reflective layers are now sonic welded together, eliminating the possibility of layers shifting during installation, regardless of whether you're working horizontally or vertically. 

 

Batch Tracking: SuperFOIL is introducing batch numbers for all SF19+ products. Each batch (containing 72 rolls) will have a unique identifier displayed on the accompanying flyers. This allows for better quality control and easier troubleshooting if any issues arise. We recommend keeping these flyers for reference. 

 

Increased Stock Availability: Thanks to the enhanced production capacity, SuperFOIL can now produce, and supply double the amount of SF19+. This means better stock availability for you, our valued customers!
