Gas Heated Cookers
These LPG powered cookers heat Hot Melt blocks through indirect air heating between cylinder jackets. Built to LRWA standards, the agitation system prevents material separation. A 110v power supply (within 20m) is required to power the electric motor that operates the agitator blades.
Options
Available in 1.5 or 3 drum models, all machines are supplied fully serviced, PAT tested and certified in accordance with the requirements of the Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998 (LOLER).
Daily drum emptying is essential to prevent Hot Melt material from setting overnight, which can damage agitators and electric motors upon restart. Repairs for such damage will be chargeable.
Hire Information
All equipment must be returned free of Hot Melt material to avoid damage to agitators and motors. Repair costs will be charged to the hirer.
Equipment availability is subject to confirmation and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Electrically Heated Cookers
Gas Free for 3 Phase 415 volt power supply
These fully electric cookers agitating hot melt cookers require a 3 Phase 415V power supply for the indirect heating elements and motor operation. Built to LRWA standards, the agitation system prevents material separation. Each unit includes RCD protection for operator safety.

PLEASE NOTE: We expect the cooker to be properly maintained on site and we will charge for any damage whilst it is your care. We also assume the cooker will be insured by your company whilst on site.
