To supply and deliver EG R17a em.glaze flat glass rooflight, electrically opening unit with concealed tandem motors, long side hinged, to suit a finished external builders curb size of 1120mm x 1620mm. Unit incorporates em.glaze double glazed clear flat glass unit mounted to aluminium thermally broken 100mm high frame, powder coated to Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016) externally and White (RAL 9016) internally, incorporating security hinges, integral motor brackets, concealed wiring and fully hidden 230v motors when unit closed. Rooflight tested to CWCT TN66 & TN67 to Class 1 Non-Fragile. To fit to waterproofed builder?s upstand set on site to a minimum 5 degree pitch.
