To supply and deliver EG S7 em.glaze flat glass rooflight, electrically opening unit with concealed motor, to fit to a PVC 150mm vertical upstand to suit a roof opening of 800mm x 800mm. Unit incorporates em.glaze double glazed clear flat glass unit mounted to aluminium thermally broken 100mm high frame, powder coated to Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016) externally and White (RAL 9016) internally, incorporating security hinges, integral motor brackets, concealed wiring and fully hidden 230v motor when unit closed. Rooflight tested to CWCT TN66 & TN67 to Class 1 Non-Fragile. Set on site to a minimum 5 degree pitch.
