August Manufacturer Price Increases

Pricing Update – August 2026 

Due to ongoing instability in the Middle East, several of our suppliers have introduced price increases across a range of products, and further adjustments may follow as the situation develops.

August 2026 Manufacturer Price Increases 

Please see below the latest manufacturer price increases, surcharge changes, and deferred price updates for August 2026.

The following cost changes come into effect in August 2026

• Hambleside: 6.4% - All products (rest of market May 1st; under review as of 2nd July)

• Permaroof: 7-18% - EPDM 7%, adhesives & accessories 18%, trims 8% (deferred from 1st June to 6th August 2026)

• Fakro: 2.7% average - Roof windows, flashings, blinds, accessories, sun tunnels 2.5% (effective 1st August 2026)

• Sika: 2.5-27% - Various ranges (4% surcharge still applies; deferred from June to 1st August 2026)

• Allstone Speedy Skips - Revised postcode zoning structure - Skip and RoRo services (effective 1st August 2026)

Advance Notice: Cost Increases Coming into Effect in September 2026

• Russell Roof Tiles (NBG): 7.5% minimum - All products (effective 1st September 2026)

• Yates & Company Ltd / Yates Slates (NBG): 5-10% (Anticipated) - Natural roofing slates (Spanish and Welsh) (effective 1st September 2026)

• W.T. Knowles & Sons: 6% - All products (effective 4th September 2026)

• Ariel Plastics (NBG): 7.5% - Various ranges (PVC Sheets, Multiwall Polycarbonate, Ridge Vents, Foam Board) - Deferred from 1st July to 1st September 2026
