RapidRoof
Rapid Waterproofing Systems
RapidRoof is LRS’ unique PMMA, high performance, rapid curing, cold liquid applied flat roof waterproofing range. With a typical curing time of 20 minutes, our Rapid Range of products is suitable for year-round application. Applied by brush or roller, RapidRoof is one of the fastest and most cost-effective waterproofing options for both commercial and residential flat roof projects.
With over 200% elasticity RapidRoof is tough, yet flexible enough to deal with most roof movement, unlike rigid systems. The RapidRoof range comes with guarantees up to 20 years. It’s UV stable and typically cures within 20 minutes.
RapidRoof is ideal for domestic projects or small industrial roofs and is available with an Anti-Skid finish for designated walkways, balconies or as a standalone waterproofing system.

Polyurethanes are known for their exceptional strength and elastic properties, because of their specific formulation. With this in mind, our range offers complete systems for waterproofing roofs, balconies, gutters and walkways.
With guarantees up to 30 years on the Pro System, FastCoat has fast cure technology, unlike many alternatives. It offers substantial reductions in application time, so you save significant amounts of project costs and reduce site disruption. It is typically showerproof in 30 minutes and fully cured in approximately 4 hours. This means you can complete small projects in less than a day.
It is highly elastic to cope with normal roof movement. Moreover, with the addition of FastCoat Traffic Coat, it is exceptionally tough, making it ideal for balconies and walkways. FastCoat is seamless and fully bonded so it provides the best solution for green roof waterproofing.
Elasto-Kote
Sprayable Roof Waterproofing Systems
Elasto-Kote is a SEB / SEBS thermoplastic waterproofing system. It is designed specifically for application onto flat and pitched industrial roofs.
With a built-in Rust Inhibitor and FM approved, Elasto-Kote offers an exceptionally high performing waterproofing elastomeric system, (also compatible with spray foam insulation). It has up to 85% solar reflective system with 650% elongation.
Our product is a single component, self-priming, SEBS, elastomeric, and thermoplastic. It is applied in 2 to 3 coats and comes with guarantees of up to 20 years.
FLEXITEC 2020
The First Flexible GRP Roofing System with Full Overlay Capabilities
There is simply no other roofing system capable of delivering a total waterproofing solution across such a wide range of flat roof repair and flat roof coating applications. Similar to fibreglass systems, Flexitec 2020 uses a powder hardener for rapid curing and is reinforced with fibreglass CSM for extra strength and crack-resistance. The finished membrane is also extremely tough, impact resistant and can easily accommodate foot traffic.
However, due to its unique flexible technology, Flexitec 2020 is able to coat all common roof surfaces such as felt, concrete, asphalt, GRP and timber – meaning roofs can be overlaid without the need for strip and replace works. No matter the size, shape or complexity of the roof, Flexitec 2020 provides a seamless, tough and flexible membrane to any roof or balcony area. This next generation roofing system is available to buy from a wide range of stockists across the UK and Ireland.
The Flexitec 2020 System by Res-Tec is a flexible, single resin GRP system with full overlay and new deck capabilities. Combining the best elements of fibreglass with the versatility of overlay systems, no other flat roof solution performs at this level across so many applications.
Similar to GRP fibreglass, Flexitec 2020 is rapid curing with an extra tough finish. However, like a liquid waterproofing, it is flexible and can coat over felt, asphalt, concrete, GRP, PVC, metal details, approved insulation boards and timber.
It is fire tested to achieve a BS476: Part 3 Rating FAA and BROOF(t4).
Applied in a two coat system with a 225g/m2 chopped strand fibreglass matting as reinforcement Flexitec 2020 is supported by a 20 year guarantee when installed by a trained approved contractor.

The Sikalastic® RoofPro polyurethane coating is a single component, cold applied, moisture triggered, liquid waterproofing membrane, that cures to form a seamless, durable and weather resistant waterproofing solution for exposed roof areas. The range has all the inherent advantages of using liquid membranes and offers the benefit of being a cost effective alternative to other options available in the market.
Sikalastic® RoofPro incorporates technology that allows the material to use atmospheric moisture to trigger the curing process. This means that the waterproofing membrane is capable of curing in a wide range of conditions, making it ideal for use in the unpredictable UK climate. Unlike traditional polyurethane systems, it does not release CO2, which can cause gassing, and application is not delayed by adverse weather, which means roofing works are not slowed down. The British Board of Agrément (BBA) certified the Sika® D-15 RoofPro Advanced liquid-applied system and currently states that it will provide a durable waterproof covering with a service life of at least 25 years.
The membrane is applied in two coats: an embedment coat, which is reinforced with 225g Glass Firbe Matting (chopped strand 225G glass fibre mat), and once this is cured, a top coat is added to complete the system.
Sikalastic® RoofPro roof waterproofing membranes are suitable for use with virtually all commonly used substrates – including both new and refurbishment applications. They can be installed in either a warm or cold roof build-up - depending upon preference, the membranes can be applied with mechanical fixings or adhered.
