Monthly Cost & Supplier Rate Changes - October 2026

This update details the latest manufacturer price adjustments, supplier fee changes, and recent surcharge updates taking effect across our network in October 2026, along with confirmed upcoming changes. October 2026 Rate Adjustments

• Ariel (NBG): 7.5% increase across various products (deferred from 1st July), effective 1st October 2026.

• Toolbank (NBG): Various increases between 0.92% and 15% across various products, effective 1st October 2026.

• Welsh Slate (NBG): 5% increase across various products, effective 1st October 2026.

• Ox Group (NBG): Various price adjustments across various products, effective 5th October 2026.

• Artisan: Rate increases of between 2% and 10% across various building products, ironmongery, nails, and fencing products, effective 20th October 2026.

• Breedon (NBG): Exceptional cost surcharges across various product ranges, effective 1st October 2026.

Upcoming Confirmed Increases (Nov 2026 - Jan 2027)

• Armatool: 5% increase on select products, effective 1st November 2026.

• ISS (NBG): 5% to 12% increase on Brazilian slates only, effective 1st December 2026.

• Floplast (NBG): 4.78% increase across various products, effective 1st January 2027.

• Foamglas: 2% increase across various products, effective 2nd January 2027.

Surcharge Reductions

We can confirm the receipt of Soprema surcharge reductions. At this time, no other surcharge reductions have been confirmed across our supplier network.
