Pricing Update – April 2026 

Due to ongoing instability in the Middle East, several of our suppliers have introduced price increases across a range of products, and further adjustments may follow as the situation develops. 

We’ll be updating this post throughout the month as new information becomes available, so please check back regularly for the latest details.

Unilin - 12.50% - Full range 

Soprema (confirmed as temporary due to world issues) - 5-20% - 5% multifoils, 15% waterproofing/glues/PIR, 20% XPS 

Stowell Concrete - 4.50% - All products 

Mannock - 15.00% - All products 

Freefoam - 8.5% - All orders 

Breedon - £5.25/m3 - Readymix (aggregates, Asphalt, concrete also affected) 

Redbank Clay and concrete - 1.65% - All products 

Quin Global (additional update from last month) - 7.7% surcharge - All products

Don and Low - 5.5%-10.5% - All products
