June 2026 Manufacturer Price Increases

Pricing Update – June 2026 

Due to ongoing instability in the Middle East, several of our suppliers have introduced price increases across a range of products, and further adjustments may follow as the situation develops. 

For the most up‑to‑date pricing and stock availability, please speak to your local Roofbase branch. Our team will be happy to help. 

The following cost increase will come into effect on 1st June 2026 

Kingspan - 15% - Ecotherm and PIR Insulation 

Unilin - 12.5% - All PIR 

Atlas Cranes - 5% - All 

Tructyre - Various - Various 

TLX - 3.5-6.5% - 6.5% Silver, 3.5% Gold, 3.5% Batsafe 

Cox Domes - 5-8.9% - Domes & pyramids 6%, lumiglaze 8.9%, AOV's and accessories 5% 

Eurodec/Promenade Tiles - 8% - Coping stones and all accessories 

Danosa - 10-12.5% - PIR 12.5%, SOLVENT BASED PRIMER AND ADHESIVES 10% 

Westexe Group (forklifts) - 3% - Various 

The following cost increase will come into effect on 8th June 2026 

Bond It - 0-15% - Various 

The following cost increase will come into effect on 15th June 2026 

CMS Tools - 0-5% - Various 

The following cost increase will come into effect on 22nd June 2026 

Brett Martin - 7-7.5% surcharge - various inc mardome, flat glass etc 

Stronghold GRP (temp surcharge) - Various - Various
