Pricing Update – May 2026 

Due to ongoing instability in the Middle East, several of our suppliers have introduced price increases across a range of products, and further adjustments may follow as the situation develops.

The following cost increase will come into effect on 1st May 2026

Dove Technology - 2.00% - All products 

Condron Concrete - 2.00% - Roof Tiles and Ridge Tiles 

John George/Artisan - 5-18% - Nails, Bolts & Building products 

Danosa - 2-25% & 12% carriage paid threshold increase - Various 

Marley JB Red - 5.00% - All products 

Restec - 2-4% Temporary surcharge - Various 

Klober - 15-18% - pitched & underlays 

Icopal - Upto 16% - Various 

BMI Redland - Up to 18% Slate (10%), pitched (upto 15%), underlays (18%) 

Kingspan - 2.5%-10% - Therma, Ecotherm, Kooltherm 

Superfoil - 5% surcharge - Full range 

Unilin - 12.50% - Full range 

Egger (OSB) - 6.2% (thickness dependent) - Full range 

European Plastics - 5% - GRP 

Ariel Plastics - 3-9% - Various 

Soudal (defer TBC) - 5-20% - Various 

Wienerberger/Sandtoft - Temporary surcharge 2.5%-9.5% 2.5% tiles, 9.5% - accessories 

Hargreaves Foundary Drainage - 4.50% - Various
