TNi’s Bituminous Single Layer Overlay System provides a cost-effective, fast-track method of overlaying existing roof coverings to provide a reliable, long-lasting waterproofing solution.
The system features Sprayfix Universal Primer followed by the application of the innovative POLY-ELAST Rapid O single layer bituminous membrane. This tough waterproofing product incorporates SBS modification and a 180g/m2 compound reinforcement providing extra flexibility, strength and durability. POLY-ELAST Rapid O also features diagonal shaped channels on the underside which help to vent and control any entrapped roof moisture, eliminating any risk of blistering. In addition, the membrane features the latest graphite firewall technology within its formulation and has been fully fire tested as part of a designated system in accordance EN 13501-5 and DD CEN/TS 1187:2012, Broof Test 4.
In detailing areas, a complimentary 2-layer torch-on waterproofing system is recommended, featuring TECHNOELAST SBS EPP T-O Underlay and POLY-ELAST PV 180 S4 T-O Capsheet.
TNi’s Single Layer Overlay System can be torch-applied to suitable non-combustible substrates and comes with a 20 Year Manufacturer’s Guarantee.
