We’re constantly tracking the market for ongoing price changes, and will be informing our customers of any announced price increases on a monthly basis. Below are all increases that have been announced for January 2023, along with dates and additional info.
The following cost increase will come into effect on 1st January 2023
Stowells Concrete: 5%
Mapei UK: 15%
Heritage Clay: 15%
Xtratherm - PIR Insulation Range: 10%
BPD - Glidevale: 7.5%
Kingspan - PIR: 10%
Kingspan - Therma PIR Insulation Range: 15%
SB Building Supplies - Various products, and various increases.
IMG Clay: 12%
European Plastics:
Eaves Trays: 11.30%
Hip Tray: 5.70%
Uni Verge & Fittings: 7.20%
GRP Valleys: 5.50%
Continuous Dry Verge: 8.20%
Connectors & Ridge Caps (FOR CDV ONLY): 10%
