Job Title: Branch Manager
Location: Roofbase Swindon
Reports to: Commercial Manager โ Mark Carey
Roofbase Swindon are looking for a dynamic Branch Manager to lead the team, drive growth, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
This is a hands-on leadership role where youโll be shaping the future of the branch by developing people, managing operations, and taking ownership of sales and profitability.
