Waterbased adhesive is used to adhere the EPDM to a timber substrate only.
Do not allow to freeze.
Techno water based adhesive works best on absorbent timber substrates. They recommend plywood or OSB that is not too shiney.

Make sure that all bonding surfaces are clean, dry and smooth. Areas must also be free of any sharp edges or loose and foreign materials, including oil, grease and other contaminants. For best results, it is essential that the water based deck adhesive is thoroughly stirred with a paddle stirrer prior to use.

Stir adhesive prior to application and use a roller to apply evenly onto the timber substrate.
Fold back one half of the rubber and apply an even coat of water based adhesive to the deck using roller and sleeve. Membrane should be installed immediately and positioned whilst the adhesive is still wet.
Open the membrane out as soon as possible to allow it to settle. On hot days, apply small sections of water-based glue and immediately cover with the membrane. This will prevent the glue from drying prematurely.
Do not use in freezing conditions or if frost is forecast within 24 hours.

A 2.5L tin of Techno Waterbased Adhesive contains between 8 and 10m² of coverage.
A 5L tin of Techno Waterbased Adhesive contains between 16 and 20m² of coverage.
A 10L tin of Techno Waterbased Adhesive contains between 32 and 40m² of coverage.
A 20L tin of Techno Waterbased Adhesive contains between 64 and 80m² of coverage.
